Neutrality – And Prosperity

pattern03
A Tale of Prosperity vs Poverty

David insists the reason for his anxiety about spending money comes from his childhood influences.  His family was poor but not destitute.

Though he went to college and now has a six-figure salary, he still believes in “use it up / wear it out” and finishes everything on his plate.    He watches every penny and wonders why the thought of not having money still bothers him.

Do you know someone like David?

What’s the real bother?

When we look at the spectrum and examine some of the language “poverty”, “abundance”,  “spending”, “saving”, “money” – we ask questions.  In this real world example, checking the energy, David isn’t neutral to the relative freedom and abundance in his life.

  • Having freedom and abundance actually weakens David’s energy
  • Having less freedom and having a ‘poverty’ mentality was actually strong (energetically neutral)

David had already resolved the poverty experience – and was energetically neutral to – his upbringing and growing up poor.    But, because he’s stuck in his old story, he couldn’t resolve what the real issue or trigger was today.

So, we see the imbalance — the need to be neutral with abundance — is probably not what David first thought or verbalized.

The Unbalanced State

When we are in an unbalanced state, our energy attracts and/or creates situations based on the polarities.   This makes it more difficult to determine the real issue and what is good or bad, best or worst in the moment.

Often, our own logical assumptions and judgments misguide us to the wrong answer in a particular situation.   That’s why we stay stuck.

For David, accepting and strengthening his neutrality to freedom and abundance (to be even with lack of freedom & poverty)  is more likely to manifest what he wants and collapse some of the worry he has about spending money.

Our Unique Situations

Assuming David’s scenario is true in other cases related to finances – without energetically testing it – would be misguided.

The answers are specific to the individual and situation.     We have to follow the energy, and see what the real energetic weakness and answer is,  and strengthen it to neutral.

Neutral – Where The Power Is..

Do you sometimes get stressed out and react to everyday events and situations?

We know something is bothering us, but do we know what it is?

We’re stuck in reaction mode, struggling.  And sometimes the imbalance or “charge” we get electrocutes us – for lack of a better term – with physical symptoms or sensations related to these events. Sound familiar?

But, what if it could be different? What if there was a way to minimize or eliminate the reaction?

The Neutral Choice

pattern07So, how can we break the cycle of struggle and reaction and the symptoms that follow?    Should we focus our energy on being more accepting or positive, or ignore or avoid the negative?

Actually, there is a third choice – neutrality.

WHEN WE’RE (ENERGETICALLY) NEUTRAL, we don’t reinforce or amplify the reaction effect, we simply delete it.

What does energetically neutral mean?

Neutrality is simply a state of no emotional charge or bias, or more accurately an evenness of charge across all the possibilities.

And what a powerful state of being.

It’s this evenness and balance of neutral energy that keeps us out of reacting mode and projecting out energy that attracts these events and situations.

But, in order to get to neutral, we have to intuitively find out what our real bother is.

When we can precisely identify what weakens us,  and even out the energy, we no longer react because we are balanced and centered in neutral.

Neutrality – At the Extremes…

pattern03Going to Extremes

A common neutrality question is simply:  “Why do we need to be energetically okay with – or go to – extremes to get neutral?

Neutrality means having even energetic charge on every possible scenario you could imagine – at the extremes or not.   We also want to be neutral to the unimaginable  scenarios.   An unimaginable scenario for some might be elimination of a chronic pain state – on the spot.

It’s simple.   When something bothers us, we’re not neutral – and it’s more difficult for a situation to change.

Best and Worst..

The extremes are sometimes called “Best Possible Scenario” and “Worst Possible Scenario“.     The words themselves – Best and Worst –  often have their own weakening energetic weight of  bringing up judgment, critique, criticism of events, situations or thoughts.

(judgment and criticism may be just be another neutrality block to clear for some)

Simplify the “Story”

Even with the limitations and effects of words and language, it’s still important that we use simple language for simple concepts.

Also, by simplifying a story to one or two words,  we can more precisely strengthen the neutral energy to the situation and experiencing real change.

When energy isn’t even at the extremes, there will still be a hidden trigger or bother keeping us in the reaction state and from being neutral.

Neutrality – And Reaching Our Infinite Potential

pattern03Limitless” is a 2011 action movie starring Robert DeNiro and Bradley Cooper. The main character (played by Cooper) has a great line in the movie:

“How many of us ever know what it is to become the perfect version of ourselves?”

Some, maybe most people can’t imagine being the best version of themselves – without limits.

Limitless means reaching or realizing your full or infinite potential.

OK, how do you get to that state?

Simply said, you reach that potential by releasing the hold or charge on the situation you want to change.

When there is (truly) no particular charge on a situation, and no need for a specific outcome, that’s when limits are lifted and more outcomes can manifest from the set of infinite possibilities.

Let’s take a concrete example

Fear of failure
It motivates some people to do extraordinary things.   But, for some, it energetically weakens and limits them so much that burnout can result.

When we check the energy intuitively, for many, success is where the weaker energy isan opposite – because the person is not neutral – and many times stronger – energetically – with failure.

Opposites…ugh!

So, the real energetic weakness is the opposite of what they consciously believe.

The more this person focuses on success, the more they internally feel how it weakens them.     So, they prefer or choose failure unconsciously because that’s where their energy is strongest (neutral), and that’s what manifests.

Getting to Neutral

Until we reach a neutral energy state, we can continue to attract failure in this scenario due to this energetic unevenness.

When you’re neutral to success – and the success /failure equation of possibilities has the same charge, that’s when your energy can support your goals instead of work against you.

What keeps us from our potential

Our own thoughts, experiences and the thoughts and experiences of others (and our acceptance of that reality) can limit us and is often be a huge block for change.

Think of the charged words or phrases we often use:

wantingwishing, hoping, desiring, anticipating, expecting, believing, have faith, visualizing, having passion, intention

Often, it is our own energetic  weakness or reaction to one or more of these concepts that keep us stuck in our current experience of  “nothing’s changing“.

The neutral state of  equal charge or even energy – for all outcomes – means more possible outcomes can manifest – instead of just one or two.  The neutral energy state is truly a state of living life with no limits.

Neutrality – A New Definition

pattern03Merriam-Webster defines neutrality as “not supporting any side or position” in a more philosophical, political or even physical sense.   Some may define neutral as being uncommitted,  disinterest, apathy or inaction.

Our new definition of neutrality – in an energetic sense –  is having no reaction or emotional charge on a situation or desired outcome.   Energetic indifference, if you will.

Being neutral means having no bias, anticipation or judgment toward wanting the so-called positive situations or avoiding negative ones.

Neutrality means:
we don’t focus
solely on the positive
and that’s a tough one to swallow for most people

Neutral is an energy state where every possible outcome in a situation has equal energetic “charge”.

being neutral is akin to being the neutron of an atom

Neutrality’s goal is evenness.   So, rather than disinterest, a neutral person is actually interested in experiencing ALL possible situations – equally – with equal “charge” so to speak.

Neutrality simply widens the playing field of possibilities – increasing our chances of experiencing a different outcome.

How neutrality improves our life condition

When we’re not neutral, our reactions to situations around us can give us physical symptoms.   We may then blame our reaction on our circumstances, job, financial situation or something else.

When we are neutral, we can:

  • Eliminate stresses caused by our reactions, fears and energy from others
  • Identify and neutralize our triggers and reactions to thoughts and experiences
  • Improve relationships, finances, career or purpose, aging worries
  • Eliminate pains and discomfort and increase our physical potential
  • Eliminate stress and symptoms caused by our bothers
  • Cope with both positive and negative without being drawn to one or avoiding the other

It’s paradoxical, but new possibilities manifest when all possibilities are even with each other.  That’s true neutrality with no judgment.

New patterns – imagined and sometimes unimaginable can manifest.

So, How Can Neutrality Help Me?

It sounds so simple.   When we’re consciously – or unconsciously – bothered by something or react in certain situations or with certain people – we’re not neutral in that situation – and the reaction we sense can create symptoms.

That’s why we want to get to a neutral place.

We get to a neutral place by knowing exactly what weakens us energetically.  This neutralizes/ eliminates the reaction.

Check The Energy – Find the Real Bother

In a simple process, we simply check the energy to find out what the real bother is… so it can be neutralized – and we no longer react – like the neutron in the nucleus of an atom.     Many are not aware of how to sense when our energetic field “goes weak” or when it’s being negatively affected.

Uncovering the real or right answer can be a surprise.  Frequently, the answer is not what we first thought or believed.

When we can’t sense or determine what energetically weakens us, we can make incorrect assumptions and consciously focus on the wrong thing.   Focusing on the wrong answer adds even more energy to the thing that bothers us – and just manifests more of the same.

The “Law of Attraction” does apply – well – sort of.

When we’re not neutral,
our energy attracts what bothers us
– instead of what we desire

This means positive affirmations or consciously focusing on what we think we want to attract – doesn’t give us what we want – if we’re not neutral.

Neutrality provides the energetic support
that attracts what we say we want

The Neutral Choice

Many would say “for some things in life, it just doesn’t seem right to be neutral.”   And, as human beings, we simply can’t always be neutral in every situation.   We just do our best.

Choosing neutrality – instead of a biased or reacting state – puts us in a better state of calm and clarity in any situation.  Our neutrality actually helps those around us because we project out an even energy instead of a reacting energy.

In this neutral state, we are more likely to attract and achieve the wants, needs or desires of ourselves or others.
